10 Signs You’re Probably Healing… but Also Kinda Losing It

Healing isn’t always soft music and journaling. Sometimes it’s crying in the shower and then laughing at memes 2 minutes later. If you relate to any of these, congrats—you’re probably healing… chaotically.

1. You’re setting boundaries… but in a tone that sounds like you’re quitting a job.
“Thanks for the opportunity, but I will no longer be tolerating your nonsense.”

2. You cry during commercials now.
Even the one with the dog food. Especially the one with the dog food.

3. You say “I receive that” to compliments like you’re cashing a spiritual check.
Someone: “You’re doing great.”
You: “I receive that with gratitude and 0 emotional stability.”

4. Your therapist says, “Good insight,” and you feel like you just won a Grammy.
Big healing energy. Cue the speech.

5. You’ve blocked more people than scam calls.
Growth looks like hitting “block” and sleeping better.

6. You now journal and talk to plants.
Your succulent knows more about your ex than your best friend.

7. You use phrases like “holding space” and “energetic boundaries” but also text your ex at 2 a.m.
