Verse:
Isaiah 41:10
“Do not fear, for I am with you… I will strengthen you and help you.”
Hey… I know today might not be it.
Maybe your mind’s racing.
Maybe it’s quiet—but the kind of quiet that feels heavy.
Maybe you woke up already tired, and you don’t even know why.
And if we’re being real… sometimes it’s not even one big thing.
It’s just everything piling up all at once.
But listen—
Pick yourself up.
Not perfectly. Not all put together.
Just enough to sit up, take a breath, and try again.
Dust yourself off.
Even if it feels like you’re brushing off the same thing for the hundredth time.
And tell the devil something real simple:
“Not today.”
Not today do you get my peace.
Not today do you run my thoughts.
Not today do you convince me I’m too far gone.
Because even on the days you feel off—God is not.
He didn’t wake up confused about you.
He didn’t change His mind about you.
He didn’t step away just because you’re struggling.
He’s still right there.
Scripture says He’ll strengthen you and help you—
not when you’re at your best… but when you need it most.
So maybe today isn’t about having it all together.
Maybe today is just about this:
Taking one step
Saying one prayer
Choosing not to give up
And that counts.
You don’t have to win the whole battle today.
Just don’t let the enemy win this moment.
That’s it.
Because you’re still here.
You’re still breathing.
And God’s still with you.
And that means something.
