RINSE 🖤WASH🖤REPEAT🖤

Hey friend.

You doing okay?

I know this feeling. All too well.

Feeling like each path brings you right back to the start.
You climb the mountain… but never plant the flag.
You finish the race… but somehow it just starts over again.

It’s frustrating.

Like no matter what you choose, you end up in the same place—
same thoughts, same habits, same questions.

Back and forth.
Rinse. Wash. Repeat.

And it messes with you after a while.

You start wondering if it’s you.
If you’re the problem.

If you’re ever actually going to move forward… or just keep spinning like this.

I get it.
That feeling of being stuck in your own head—
trying to make the right choice,
but overthinking every possible outcome until nothing feels clear anymore.

Scripture actually describes this kind of feeling:

James 1:6-8
“…like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind…”

That constant back and forth?
That mental tug-of-war?

Yeah… that’s real.

But listen to me for a second—

God is not the one confusing you.
1 Corinthians 14:33
“God is not a God of confusion but of peace…”

So if your mind feels loud, tangled, and all over the place…
that’s not how He leads you.

God doesn’t drag you in circles.
He doesn’t set you up to fail.

Sometimes we get stuck like this not because we don’t care—
but because we care so much that we try to control everything.

Every outcome.
Every step.
Every “what if.”

And before we know it…
we’ve built a web in our own mind.

And we’re caught in it.

So maybe today isn’t about figuring everything out.
Maybe it’s just about slowing down long enough to breathe.

You don’t have to have all the answers right now.
You don’t have to solve your whole life today.

Just take one step—
the one that brings even a little bit of peace.
Even if it’s small.
Even if you’re unsure.

Because God doesn’t guide you through pressure…
He guides you through peace.

And hey—
You’re not crazy for feeling like this.
You’re not broken.
You’re just overwhelmed.
And you won’t stay stuck here forever.
