🖤 “I’m Still Praying… But I’m Still Struggling”

Verse:
Mark 9:24
“I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!”

Hey friend.

Can we be honest for a second?

It’s frustrating when you’re doing everything “right”…
and it still feels like nothing is changing.

You’re praying.
You’re trying to seek God.
You’re showing up.

But inside?

You’re still struggling.
Still questioning.
Still wondering if God hears you…
or if you’re just talking into the air.

And that can mess with your faith.
Because you start thinking,
“If I really believed… wouldn’t this feel different?”

There’s a man in the Bible who gets it.
He comes to Jesus desperate for help.
And when Jesus tells him to believe, he says:

Mark 9:24
“I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!”

That right there?

That’s real faith.

Not perfect.
Not polished.
Just honest.

Because faith isn’t always this strong, unshakable feeling.

Sometimes it’s:
“I’m trying… but I’m struggling.”
“I trust You… but I still have doubts.”
“I’m here… but I don’t feel You.”

And guess what?

Jesus didn’t reject him for that.
He met him there.

So if you’ve been praying…
but still feel unsure…
If you’ve been seeking God…
but still feel distant…
That doesn’t mean your faith is gone.
It means your faith is real.
Because real faith doesn’t ignore doubt-
it brings it to God anyway.

There’s another verse that reminds you what to do in this space:

Galatians 6:9
“Let us not become weary in doing good… for at the proper time we will reap a harvest…”

That means:
Just because you don’t see it yet…
doesn’t mean nothing is happening.
And maybe God isn’t ignoring you…
Maybe He’s building something deeper in you.

A faith that isn’t based on feelings.
A faith that stays—even when it’s quiet.
So if all you’ve got today is:

“God… I’m trying.”

That’s enough.
If your prayers feel weak…
say them anyway.
If your faith feels small…
bring it anyway.
Because God isn’t waiting for perfect faith.
He’s responding to honest faith.
